MVB Financial Corp. declares Fourth Quarter Dividend for 2016
November 16, 2016 9:36 AM ESTFAIRMONT, W.Va., Nov. 16, 2016 /PRNewswire/ --Â The Board of Directors of MVB Financial Corp., (OTC Markets Group OTCQB: MVBF) has declared a quarterly cash dividend of $0.02 per share to shareholders of record at the close of business on December 1, 2016, payable December 15, 2016.
In its third quarter earnings announcement for the quarter ending September 30, 2016, MVB reported net income of $2.3 million, a 64% increase over the same period during the prior year.
