TrustCo Declares Cash Dividend
November 15, 2016 3:28 PM ESTGLENVILLE, N.Y., Nov. 15, 2016 (GLOBE NEWSWIRE) -- The Board of Directors of TrustCo Bank Corp NY (TrustCo) (Nasdaq: TRST) today declared a quarterly cash dividend of $0.065625 per share, or $0.2625 per share on an annualized basis. The dividend will be payable January 3, 2017, to shareholders of record at the close of business on December 2, 2016. TrustCo has paid a cash dividend every year since 1904.
