American Software’s Board Approves the Quarterly Cash Dividend
November 15, 2016 2:42 PM ESTATLANTA--(BUSINESS WIRE)-- American Software, Inc. (NASDAQ: AMSWA) today announced that its Board of Directors declared a quarterly dividend of $.11 per share, The dividend is payable to the Class A and Class B Common Shareholders of record at the close of business on February 10, 2017. The dividend will be paid on or about February 24, 2017.
