Harvest Natural Resources Announces 2016 Third Quarter Results
November 9, 2016 6:30 AM ESTHOUSTON, Nov. 9, 2016 /PRNewswire/ --Â Harvest Natural Resources, Inc. (NYSE: HNR) (Harvest or the Company) today announced 2016 third quarter earnings and provided an operational update.
Harvest reported a third quarter net loss of approximately $7.1 million, or $0.55 per diluted share, compared with net income of $5.7 million, or $0.52 per diluted share, for the same period last year. The third quarter results include exploration charges of $0.6 million, or $0.05 pre-tax per diluted share, and transaction costs related to the sale of Harvest-Vinccler Dutch Holding B.V.
