Volume of 137.0 million pounds, an increase of 5.5% year-over-year; Net income and diluted earnings per common share, which were both impacted by a loss on extinguishment of debt of $20.1 million, were $3.9 million and $0.18, respectively, a decrease of 43.5% and 43.8%, respectively; Adjusted EBITDA of $34.6 million, an increase of 13.1% year-over-year; Adjusted diluted earnings per common share of $0.81, an increase of 50.0% from $0.54 in the prior year period; and The Company reaffirms 2016 full-year guidance.SCHAUMBURG, Ill.--(BUSINESS WIRE)--...
