Summit Midstream Partners, LP Reports Third Quarter 2016 Financial Results
November 3, 2016 5:22 PM EDTTHE WOODLANDS, Texas, Nov. 3, 2016 /PRNewswire/ -- Summit Midstream Partners, LP (NYSE: SMLP) announced today its financial and operating results for the three and nine months ended September 30, 2016. SMLP reported net income of $2.0 million for the third quarter of 2016 compared to net income of $3.5 million for the prior-year period. Net cash provided by operations totaled $37.2 million in the third quarter of 2016 compared to $33.1 million in the prior-year period. Adjusted EBITDA totaled $76.5 million and distributable cash flow totaled $55.6 million for the third quarter of 2016 compared to $43.5 million and $26.6 million, respectively, for the prior-year period. ...
