California Resources Corporation Announces Third Quarter 2016 Financial Results and Reaffirmation of Borrowing Base
November 3, 2016 4:16 PM EDTLOS ANGELES--(BUSINESS WIRE)-- California Resources Corporation (NYSE: CRC), an independent California-based oil and gas exploration and production company, today announced net income of $546 million or $13.06 per diluted share for the third quarter of 2016, compared with a net loss of $104 million or $2.72 per diluted share for the same period in 2015. The adjusted net loss1 for the third quarter of 2016 was $71 million or $1.75 per diluted share, compared with an adjusted net loss of $86 million or $2.25 per diluted share for the same period of 2015.
