American Homes 4 Rent Announces Distributions
November 1, 2016 6:26 PM EDTAGOURA HILLS, Calif., Nov. 1, 2016 /PRNewswire/ -- American Homes 4 Rent (NYSE: AMH) (the "Company"), a leading provider of high quality single-family homes for rent, today announced that, on November 1, 2016, the Board of Trustees declared a dividend of $0.05 per share on the Company's common shares for the fourth quarter of 2016. The distribution will be payable in cash on December 30, 2016 to shareholders of record on December 15, 2016.
The Board of Trustees also declared a per share quarterly distribution on the Company's participating preferred shares of $0.3125 on the 5.0% Series A shares, $0.3125 on the 5.0% Series B shares,... More
