LivaNova plc (LIVN) Tops Q3 EPS by 3c; Appoints New CEO
November 2, 2016 7:50 AM EDTLivaNova plc (NASDAQ: LIVN) reported Q3 EPS of $0.78, $0.03 better than the analyst estimate of $0.75. Revenue for the quarter came in at $295.3 million versus the consensus estimate of $299.4 million.
LivaNova also named Damien McDonald as the companys new Chief Executive Officer (CEO) and board member, effective January 1, 2017. McDonald currently serves as LivaNovas Chief Operating Officer, and will succeed André-Michel Ballester, who will resign effective December 31, 2016.
