MSC Declares 4.7% Increase In Regular Quarterly Dividend

(NYSE: MSM),"MSC" or the "Company," a premier distributor of Metalworking and Maintenance, Repair and Operations ("MRO") supplies to industrial customers throughout North America, today announced that its Board of Directors has declared a cash dividend of $0.45 per share, representing a 4.7% increase from $0.43 per share, in the regular quarterly dividend.
