Provident Financial Services, Inc. Announces Third Quarter Earnings and Declares Quarterly Cash Dividend
October 28, 2016 8:01 AM EDTISELIN, N.J., Oct. 28, 2016 (GLOBE NEWSWIRE) -- Provident Financial Services, Inc. (NYSE: PFS) (the Company) reported net income of $22.9 million, or $0.36 per basic and diluted share, for the three months ended September 30, 2016, compared to net income of $20.6 million, or $0.33 per basic and diluted share, for the three months ended September 30, 2015. For the nine months ended September 30, 2016, the Company reported net income of $65.2 million, or $1.03 per basic share and $1.02 per diluted share, compared to net income of $62.2 million, or $0.99 per basic and diluted share for the same period last year.
