LifePoint Health Reports Third Quarter 2016 Results
October 28, 2016 7:01 AM EDTBRENTWOOD, Tenn.--(BUSINESS WIRE)-- LifePoint Health, Inc. (NASDAQ: LPNT) today announced results for the third quarter and nine months ended September 30, 2016.
For the third quarter ended September 30, 2016, consolidated revenues were $1,585.7Â million, up 21.1% from $1,309.5 million for the same period last year, primarily as a result of the Companys recent acquisitions. Net income for the third quarter ended September 30, 2016, was $41.2Â million, down $4.6 million, or 10.0%, compared with net income of $45.8 million for the same period last year.
