Westamerica Bancorporation Declares Quarterly Cash Dividend
October 27, 2016 12:09 PM EDTSAN RAFAEL, Calif., Oct. 27, 2016 (GLOBE NEWSWIRE) -- The Board of Directors of Westamerica Bancorporation (NASDAQ: WABC) today declared a quarterly cash dividend of $0.39 per share on common stock outstanding to shareholders of record at the close of business November 7, 2016. Â The dividend is payable November 18, 2016.
Chairman, President and CEO David Payne stated, This quarterly dividend brings full year 2016 dividends to $1.56 per share, representing the twenty-seventh consecutive year of growing dividends for our shareholders.
On October 20, 2016, Westamerica reported $15.6 million in net income for the three months ended September 30, 2016, or $0.61 diluted earnings per common share.
