MEDNAX Reports Third Quarter GAAP EPS of $1.04; Adjusted EPS of $1.09
October 27, 2016 6:01 AM EDTFORT LAUDERDALE, Fla.--(BUSINESS WIRE)-- MEDNAX, Inc. (NYSE: MD), the national medical group specializing in neonatal and other pediatric services, anesthesia, maternal-fetal, radiology, pediatric cardiology and other physician and management services, today reported earnings of $1.04 per diluted share for the three months ended September 30, 2016. On a non-GAAP basis, MEDNAX reported Adjusted EPS of $1.09. On a GAAP basis, earnings for the quarter included $0.11 per share related to the favorable settlement of a tax matter.
