Forward Air Corporation Announces 25% Dividend Increase
October 26, 2016 4:01 PM EDTGREENEVILLE, Tenn.--(BUSINESS WIRE)-- Forward Air Corporation (NASDAQ: FWRD) (the Company) today announced that its Board of Directors approved a 25% increase to the Companys quarterly dividend, raising it from $0.12 to $0.15 per share of common stock. The dividend is payable to shareholders of record at the close of business on November 23, 2016 and is expected to be paid on December 9, 2016.
