RPC, Inc. Reports Third Quarter 2016 Financial Results

ATLANTA, Oct. 26, 2016 /PRNewswire/ -- RPC, Inc. (NYSE: RES) today announced its unaudited results for the third quarter ended September 30, 2016.  RPC provides a broad range of specialized oilfield services and equipment primarily to independent and major oilfield companies engaged in the exploration, production and development of oil and gas properties throughout the United States and in selected international markets.

RPC, Inc. Announces Year-End Cash Dividend

ATLANTA, Oct. 26, 2016 /PRNewswire/ -- RPC, Inc. (NYSE: RES) announced today that its Board of Directors voted to pay a year-end cash dividend of $0.05 per share.  The dividend will be payable December 9, 2016 to common stockholders of record at the close of business on November 10, 2016.  Richard A.
