Associated Banc-Corp Announces Increase in Common Stock Dividend
October 25, 2016 4:15 PM EDTGREEN BAY, Wis., Oct. 25, 2016 /PRNewswire/ --Â The Board of Directors of Associated Banc-Corp (NYSE: ASB) today declared a regular quarterly cash dividend of $0.12 per common share to shareholders of record at the close of business on December 1, 2016, with a payable date of December 15, 2016. This is an increase of $0.01 from the previous quarterly cash dividend of $0.11 per common share.
The Board of Directors also declared a regular quarterly cash dividend of $0.3828125 per depositary share on Associated Banc-Corp's 6.125% Series C Perpetual Preferred Stock to shareholders of record at the close of business on... More
