Sherwin-Williams (SHW) Elects Allen Mistysyn Effective Next Year
October 25, 2016 7:05 AM EDTThe Sherwin-Williams Company (NYSE: SHW) announced today that its Board of Directors has elected Allen J. Mistysyn to serve as Senior Vice President Finance and Chief Financial Officer, effective January 1, 2017. Mr. Mistysyn, 47, has served as Sherwin-Williams' Senior Vice President Corporate Controller since October 2014 and will assume the CFO duties currently held by Sean P. Hennessy. Sherwin-Williams (SHW) Misses Q3 EPS by 10c, Updates Outlook
October 25, 2016 7:04 AM EDTSherwin-Williams (NYSE: SHW) reported Q3 EPS of $4.23, ex-items, $0.10 worse than the analyst estimate of $4.33. Revenue for the quarter came in at $3.28 billion versus the consensus estimate of $3.28 billion.
GUIDANCE:
Sherwin-Williams sees FY2016 EPS of $12.25-$12.35, ex-items, versus the consensus of $12.63.
