Q3 Earnings per Diluted Share were $0.18, unchanged versus the prior year period. Q3 Adjusted Earnings per Diluted Share were $0.20, unchanged versus the prior year period. Q3 Net Income decreased to $57.8 million versus $60.2 million in the prior year period. Q3 Adjusted EBITDA increased to $200.1 million versus $197.1 million in the prior year period. Share repurchases were $25.6 million in Q3 and $107.6 million year-to-date through September 30th.
