Home Bancorp Reports 2016 Third Quarter Results And Increases Its Quarterly Dividend
October 25, 2016 6:00 AM EDTLAFAYETTE, La., Oct. 25, 2016 /PRNewswire/ -- Home Bancorp, Inc. (Nasdaq: "HBCP") (the "Company"), the parent company for Home Bank, N.A. (the "Bank") (www.home24bank.com), reported net income of $4.4 million for the third quarter of 2016, an increase of $344,000, or 9%, compared to the second quarter of 2016 and an increase of $1.5 million, or 50%, compared to the third quarter of 2015. The second quarter of 2016 and the third quarter of 2015 included merger-related expenses, net of taxes, totaling $143,000 and $527,000, respectively, related to the acquisition of Louisiana...
