Silicon Motion Announces Increase in Annual Dividend, Payable Quarterly
October 24, 2016 8:00 AM EDTTAIPEI, Taiwan and MILPITAS, Calif., Oct. 24, 2016 (GLOBE NEWSWIRE) -- Silicon Motion Technology Corporation (NasdaqGS: SIMO)(Silicon Motion or the Company), a global leader in designing and marketing NAND flash controllers for solid state storage devices, announces today its annual cash dividend to be paid in quarterly installments.
As the Companys growth and profitability have been strong, the Board has decided to increase its annual dividend payment to $0.80 per ADS1,2Â which will be paid in four quarterly installments of $0.20 per ADS3Â according to the following anticipated record and payment dates:
