JP Energy Partners Announces Third Quarter 2016 Distribution
October 21, 2016 4:15 PM EDTIRVING, Texas--(BUSINESS WIRE)-- JP Energy Partners LP (JP Energy or JPE) (NYSE: JPEP) announced today that the Board of Directors of its general partner has declared a cash distribution for the third quarter of 2016 of $0.325 per unit. This distribution corresponds to the minimum quarterly distribution of $0.325 per unit, or $1.30 per unit on an annualized basis. The distribution will be paid on November 11, 2016 to all unitholders of record on November 4, 2016.
