1ST Constitution Bancorp Reports Third Quarter 2016 Results
October 21, 2016 9:15 AM EDTCRANBURY, N.J., Oct. 21, 2016 (GLOBE NEWSWIRE) -- 1ST Constitution Bancorp (NASDAQ: FCCY), the holding company (the Company) for 1ST Constitution Bank (the Bank), today reported net income of $2.7 million and diluted earnings per share of $0.33 for the three months ended September 30, 2016. For the nine months ended September 30, 2016, the Company reported net income of $7.2 million and diluted earnings per share of $0.89.Â
