American Midstream Announces Twenty-First Consecutive Distribution
October 20, 2016 8:45 PM EDTHOUSTON--(BUSINESS WIRE)-- American Midstream Partners, LP (NYSE: AMID) (Partnership) today announced that the Board of Directors of its general partner declared a quarterly cash distribution of $0.4125 per common unit, or $1.65 per unit on an annualized basis. The third quarter 2016 distribution represents the twenty-first consecutive quarterly distribution.
