PrivateBancorp Reports Third Quarter 2016 Earnings
October 20, 2016 7:30 AM EDTCHICAGO, Oct. 20, 2016 /PRNewswire/ -- PrivateBancorp, Inc. (NASDAQ: PVTB) today reported net income of $48.9 million, or $0.60 per diluted share, for the third quarter 2016, compared to $45.3 million, or $0.57 per diluted share, for the third quarter 2015, and $50.4 million, or $0.62 per diluted share, for the second quarter 2016. For the nine months ended September 30, 2016, the Company had net income of $148.8 million, or $1.84 per diluted share, compared to $133.2 million, or $1.67 per diluted share, for the nine months ended September 30, 2015.
