World Point Terminals, LP Announces Quarterly Distribution
October 17, 2016 4:36 PM EDTST. LOUIS--(BUSINESS WIRE)-- World Point Terminals, LP (the Partnership), a Delaware limited partnership (NYSE: WPT), announced today that the board of directors of its general partner declared a cash distribution of $0.30 per unit ($1.20 per unit on an annualized basis) for the period from July 1, 2016 through September 30, 2016. The distribution is payable on November 14, 2016 to unitholders of record on October 28, 2016.
