Access National Declares Dividend, Reports Third Quarter Earnings
October 17, 2016 4:15 PM EDTRESTON, Va.--(BUSINESS WIRE)-- Access National Corporation (NASDAQ: ANCX), parent company for Access National Bank (Bank), reported third quarter 2016 net income of $4.4 million, or $0.42 per common share. This represents the Corporations 65th consecutive quarterly profit over its 67 quarter history. Consistent with managements stated objective of a 40%-50% payout ratio against core earnings, the Board of Directors declared a cash dividend of $0.15 per share for holders of record as of October 31, 2016 and payable on November 25, 2016. The routine dividend affirms Managements favorable outlook on forward earnings and capital adequacy.
