Core Lab Announces Q4 2016 Quarterly Dividend
October 11, 2016 4:05 PM EDTAMSTERDAM, Oct. 11, 2016 /PRNewswire/ -- The Board of Supervisory Directors of Core Laboratories N.V. (NYSE: "CLB US" and Euronext Amsterdam: "CLB NA") has announced a cash dividend of $0.55 per share of common stock payable in the fourth quarter of 2016. The quarterly $0.55 per share cash dividend will be payable on Tuesday, 22 November 2016, to shareholders of record on Friday, 21 October 2016. Dutch withholding tax will be deducted from the dividend at a rate of 15%. With this fourth quarter dividend, the total payout during the year 2016 will be $2.20 per share of common stock.
