Full House Resorts Announces Commencement of Rights Offering
October 7, 2016 9:27 AM EDTLAS VEGAS, Oct. 07, 2016 (GLOBE NEWSWIRE) -- Full House Resorts, Inc. (NASDAQ: FLL) (the Company) announced today that it has commenced a $5,000,000 rights offering. The Company expects to distribute, at no charge, non-transferable subscription rights to purchase shares of the Companys common stock, par value $0.0001 per share, for $1.30 per share. The subscription rights will be exercisable for up to a total of 3,846,154 shares of Full Houses common stock.
