Fulgent Genetics, Inc. Announces Pricing of Initial Public Offering
September 28, 2016 7:01 PM EDTTEMPLE CITY, Calif., Sept. 28, 2016 (GLOBE NEWSWIRE) -- Fulgent Genetics announced today the pricing of its initial public offering of 4,200,000 shares of its common stock at a public offering price of $9.00 per share, before underwriting discounts and commissions.
