September 21, 2016 6:00 PM EDTBATON ROUGE, La., Sept. 21, 2016 (GLOBE NEWSWIRE) -- Investar Holding Corporation ("Investar") (Nasdaq: ISTR), the holding company of Investar Bank, declared a quarterly cash dividend of $0.011 per share to holders of Investar Holding Corporation common stock. The dividend is payable on October 31, 2016 to shareholders of record as of October 5, 2016.
