Lexington Realty Trust Announces Increase in Quarterly Common Share Dividend
September 16, 2016 9:21 AM EDTNEW YORK, Sept. 16, 2016 (GLOBE NEWSWIRE) -- Lexington Realty Trust (NYSE: LXP) (Lexington), a real estate investment trust (REIT) focused on single-tenant real estate investments, today announced that it declared a regular common share/unit dividend/distribution for the quarter ending September 30, 2016 of $0.175 per common share/unit payable on or about October 17, 2016 to common shareholders/unitholders of record as of September 30, 2016.
