Umpqua Holdings Announces Quarterly Dividend
September 15, 2016 8:01 AM EDTPORTLAND, Ore.--(BUSINESS WIRE)-- Umpqua Holdings Corporation (NASDAQ: UMPQ) today announced that its Board of Directors has approved a quarterly cash dividend in the amount of $0.16 per common share. The dividend is payable on October 17, 2016, to shareholders of record as of September 30, 2016.
