Global Medical REIT, Inc. Announces Initial Cash Dividend of $0.20 Per Share

(NYSE: GMRE) (GMR or the Company), a Maryland corporation engaged primarily in the acquisition of licensed, state-of-the-art, purpose-built healthcare facilities and the leasing of these facilities to leading clinical operators with dominant market share, today announced that its Board of Directors authorized a $0.20 per share cash dividend to stockholders of record as of September 27, 2016, to be paid on or about October 11, 2016.
