September 9, 2016 4:30 PM EDTNEW YORK--(BUSINESS WIRE)-- Gramercy Property Trust (NYSE: GPT), a real estate investment trust, announced today that its Board of Trustees declared a third quarter 2016 dividend on the Companys common shares in the amount of $0.11 per share, payable on October 14, 2016 to common shareholders of record as of the close of business on September 30, 2016.
