Care Capital Properties Declares Regular Quarterly Dividend of $0.57 Per Share
September 6, 2016 4:36 PM EDTCHICAGO--(BUSINESS WIRE)-- Care Capital Properties, Inc. (NYSE: CCP) (CCP) announced today that its Board of Directors declared a regular quarterly dividend of $0.57 per share, payable in cash on September 30, 2016 to stockholders of record on September 16, 2016. CCP intends to elect and qualify to be taxed as a real estate investment trust for U.S. federal income tax purposes.
