InfraREIT Announces Quarterly Dividend
September 1, 2016 4:05 PM EDTDALLAS, Sept. 1, 2016 /PRNewswire/ -- InfraREIT, Inc. (NYSE: HIFR) ("InfraREIT" or the "Company") today announced that its board of directors declared a quarterly cash dividend of $0.25 per share of common stock, or $1.00 per share on an annualized basis, payable on Oct. 20, 2016, to holders of record on Sept. 30, 2016.Â
