Martin Marietta Increases Quarterly Cash Dividend
August 22, 2016 9:00 AM EDTRALEIGH, N.C.--(BUSINESS WIRE)-- Martin Marietta Materials, Inc. (NYSE: MLM), today announced that its Board of Directors approved a five percent increase in the quarterly cash dividend to $0.42 (forty-two cents) per share on the Corporations common stock. This dividend, which represents a cash dividend of $1.68 per share on an annualized basis, is payable September 30, 2016, to shareholders of record at the close of business on September 1, 2016.
