Monogram Residential Trust, Inc. Declares Third Quarter 2016 Dividend
August 18, 2016 4:15 PM EDTPLANO, Texas, Aug. 18, 2016 /PRNewswire/ -- Monogram Residential Trust, Inc., (NYSE: MORE) ("Monogram" or the "Company") an owner, operator and developer of luxury apartment communities with a significant presence in select coastal markets across the United States, today announced that its board of directors authorized a cash dividend of $0.075 per share on common stock for the third quarter of 2016. The dividend will be payable on October 7, 2016 to shareholders of record at the close of business on September 30, 2016.Â
