ELS Declares Third Quarter Dividends
August 9, 2016 4:15 PM EDTCHICAGO--(BUSINESS WIRE)-- The Board of Directors of Equity LifeStyle Properties, Inc. (NYSE: ELS) (referred to herein as we, us, and our) declared a dividend of $0.425 per common share, representing, on an annualized basis, a dividend of $1.70 per common share. The dividend will be paid on October 14, 2016 to stockholders of record on September 30, 2016.
