Five Oaks Investment Corp. Reports Second Quarter 2016 Financial Results
August 9, 2016 4:30 PM EDTNEW YORK, Aug. 9, 2016 /PRNewswire/ -- Five Oaks Investment Corp. (NYSE: OAKS) ("we", "Five Oaks" or "the Company") today announced its financial results for the second quarter ended June 30, 2016. For the second quarter, the Company reported a GAAP net loss of $4.9 million, or $0.34 per basic and diluted share, a comprehensive loss of $0.9 million, or $0.06 per basic and diluted share, and core earnings(1) of $3.0 million, or $0.21 per basic and diluted share.
