HCP, Inc. (HCP) Tops Q2 FFO by 4c
August 9, 2016 8:24 AM EDTHCP, Inc. (NYSE: HCP) reported Q2 FFO of $0.74, $0.04 better than the analyst estimate of $0.70. Revenue for the quarter came in at $662.2 million versus the consensus estimate of $635.14 million.
