ION reports second quarter 2016 results
August 3, 2016 6:14 PM EDTHOUSTON, Aug. 3, 2016 /PRNewswire/ -- ION Geophysical Corporation (NYSE: IO) today reported a second quarter 2016 net loss of $25.3 million, or $(2.22) per share, on revenues of $36.2 million, compared to a net income of $56.1 million, or $5.11 per diluted share, on revenues of $36.8 million in second quarter 2015. Excluding special items related to severance charges and the Company's debt exchange in the second quarter 2016, the Company's adjusted net loss was $21.2 million, or $(1.85) per share, compared to an adjusted net loss of $44.7 million, or $(4.07) per share in second quarter 2015. A reconciliation of special items to the 2016 and...
