FINDLAY, Ohio--(BUSINESS WIRE)-- Cooper Tire & Rubber Company (NYSE: CTB) today reported second quarter 2016 net income of $71 million, or diluted earnings per share of $1.27, compared with $60 million, or $1.03 per share, last year.
