August 4, 2016 6:56 AM EDTOAKVILLE, ON, Aug. 4, 2016 /PRNewswire/ - Restaurant Brands International Inc. (TSX/NYSE: QSR, TSX: QSP) ("RBI") announced today that its Board of Directors has approved a share repurchase authorization (the "Repurchase Authorization") pursuant to which RBI may purchase up to US$300 million of its common shares over the next 5 years.
