Laredo Petroleum Announces 2016 Second-Quarter Financial and Operating Results
August 3, 2016 4:18 PM EDTTULSA, OK, Aug. 03, 2016 (GLOBE NEWSWIRE) -- Laredo Petroleum, Inc. (NYSE: LPI) (Laredo or the Company) today announced its 2016 second-quarter results, reporting a net loss attributable to common stockholders of $71.4 million, or $0.33 per diluted share, which includes a net loss on derivatives of approximately $68.5 million. Adjusted Net Income, a non-GAAP financial measure, for the second quarter of 2016 was $28.2 million, or $0.13 per diluted share. Adjusted EBITDA, a non-GAAP financial measure, for the second quarter of 2016 was $107.8 million.
