Dominion Midstream Partners Announces Second-Quarter 2016 Earnings
August 3, 2016 7:31 AM EDTRICHMOND, Va., Aug. 3, 2016 /PRNewswire/ -- Dominion Midstream Partners, LP (NYSE: DM) reported unaudited net income attributable to the partnership of $22.5 million, or $0.28 per common limited partner unit for the three months ended June 30, 2016. Adjusted earnings before interest, income taxes, depreciation and amortization (Adjusted EBITDA) was $27.2 million, and distributable cash flow was $23.8 million for the quarter.

Dominion Announces Second-Quarter Earnings
August 3, 2016 7:30 AM EDTRICHMOND, Va., Aug. 3, 2016 /PRNewswire/ --Â Dominion Resources (NYSE: D) today announced unaudited reported earnings determined in accordance with Generally Accepted Accounting Principles (reported earnings) for the three months ended June 30, 2016, of $452 million ($0.73 per share) compared with earnings of $413 million ($0.70 per share) for the same period in 2015.Â
Operating earnings for the three months ended June 30, 2016, amounted to $441 million ($0.71 per share), compared to operating earnings of $429 million ($0.73 per share) for the same period in 2015. Operating earnings are defined as reported earnings adjusted for certain items.  Â
