AmerisourceBergen Reports Third Quarter Fiscal Year 2016 Results
August 2, 2016 6:30 AM EDTVALLEY FORGE, Pa.--(BUSINESS WIRE)-- AmerisourceBergen Corporation (NYSE: ABC) today reported that in its fiscal year 2016 third quarter ended June 30, 2016, revenue increased 7.7 percent to $36.9 billion. On the basis of U.S. generally accepted accounting principles (GAAP), diluted earnings per share was $1.56 for the June quarter of fiscal 2016, an increase of 75.3 percent. Adjusted diluted earnings per share, which excludes items described below, increased 14.2 percent to $1.37 in the quarter.
