Star Gas Partners, L.P. Reports Fiscal 2016 Third Quarter Results

(the "Partnership" or "Star") (NYSE: SGU), a home energy distributor and services provider, today announced financial results for its fiscal 2016 third quarter and the nine-month period ended June 30, 2016.
Three Months Ended June 30, 2016 Compared to Three Months Ended June 30, 2015Star reported an 11.2 percent decrease in total revenue to $218.2 million, compared with $245.6 million in the prior-year period, largely due to a decline in per gallon wholesale product costs.
