August 1, 2016 4:05 PM EDTSCOTTSDALE, Ariz., Aug. 1, 2016 /PRNewswire/ -- Healthcare Trust of America, Inc. (NYSE: HTA) ("HTA") announced results for the three and six months ended June 30, 2016.
Second Quarter 2016 Highlights
Operating
Net Income Attributable to Common Stockholders: Increased 40.7% to $13.1 million, compared to Q2 2015. Earnings per diluted share increased 28.6% to $0.09 per diluted share, compared to Q2 2015. Funds From Operations ("FFO"): As defined by the National Association of Real Estate Investment Trusts ("NAREIT"), increased 9.4% to $53.3 million, compared to Q2 2015. FFO per diluted share was $0.38, consistent with Q2 2015.
